On our behalf, the host processes personal data (e.g. technical connection data) that is necessary for operating the website. We use Plausible Analytics to evaluate how this website is used. The software runs exclusively on our own server (Hetzner, Germany); no data is transmitted to the vendor or any other third party. Plausible does not use cookies or persistent identifiers in the browser. It records the page visited, the referrer URL, browser and device type, operating system and country of origin. The IP address is processed only transiently to group page views of the same visitor within one day, and is combined with the user agent into a daily-rotating, non-reversible hash; it is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing and improving our service (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The statistics are accessible to us only.
To detect and fix technical errors on this website, we use the error diagnostics software GlitchTip. It runs exclusively on our own server (Hetzner, Germany). If an error occurs when a page is requested or in the browser, details of the error (error message, affected page, time), of the browser and operating system, and the IP address are transmitted to this server. There is no session recording and no performance tracking; data is sent only in case of an error. Error reports are deleted automatically after 90 days at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website stably and securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form (name, email address, subject, message, and the optional details on project type, budget range and time frame) is processed to handle the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The inquiry is transmitted to our mailbox by email and additionally stored on our own server, from where it is transferred into our internal order and invoicing management. The data is not passed on to third parties. To prevent abuse, the sender's IP address is held in the server's memory for a short time (at most ten minutes) to limit the number of requests per sender; it is not stored permanently. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or on the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. The data remains with us until you request its deletion or the purpose of storage no longer applies; statutory retention obligations (e.g. for business correspondence) remain unaffected.
This website contains links to external services (e.g. GitHub, Modrinth and the full legal notice at rahft.com). When you click such a link you leave our website; the respective provider is responsible for data processing there. No content from external providers is embedded automatically into this website, in particular no third-party fonts, scripts or maps. The only embedded element is the status display of our Minecraft server on the projects page: it is loaded from our own website booni-mc.de, which also runs on our server at Hetzner in Germany. For technical reasons your IP address is transmitted to that server; no cookies are set and no analytics services are used there. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
